IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you're using Internet Explorer on Windows XP Service Pack
2, you may need to click on the security notification in the
Information Bar at the top of your browser window to start the
Support Tool installation.
Click on the Information Bar and select Install ActiveX Control...
Support Tool for GiftWorks
If you are experiencing issues trying to install or use GiftWorks, the Support Tool can help resolve many common issues.

Perform a basic system test
This test will ensure that all the necessary items to sucessfully run GiftWorks are installed
and functioning on your computer. You should run this test if you are unable to install GiftWorks
or are experiencing problems while using GiftWorks.
Perform a database check
This test will ensure that your GiftWorks database is accessible and functioning. You should
run this test if you are having problems connecting to your database or are experiencing
security related issues. You will need to provide the location of your GiftWorks database.
